"In the year 2000 I saw an advertisement for Dr. Maxwell in Tucson Lifestyles and just seeing her photo I knew she would be my surgeon. Two years later I met her and became a patient. Dr. Maxwell was impressively competent and knowledgeable I found myself applying to work for her 3 months later in October of 2002. I have been with her ever since. She supported my quest and sent me to complete a surgical assisting course to enhance my existing surgical technologist career, the field I had worked in for 20 years. I will be starting my 15th year working with Dr. Maxwell as her Surgical First Assistant this Fall. The variety of my role allows for a range of challenges from the operating room to the clinical environment. This is certainly an exciting field to be in, especially with the team at Maxwell Aesthetics."

"I joined the Maxwell Aesthetics team in 2004 after working as a Wedding and Events Coordinator for 5 years. I loved working with people and I was excited for the opportunity to work in an industry that helps people feel better about themselves. I worked at the front desk as the Receptionist for 3 years and in 2007 I took on the role of the Patient Care Coordinator. I just celebrated my 13th year anniversary, and I can say I am lucky to work for such a talented surgeon and such a wonderful group of women. The most rewarding part of my job is getting to know our patients and helping them through every stage of their surgery journey. My second job, with the help of my husband, is raising our 3 beautiful children, 2 dogs and many small pets. In my small window of spare time, I enjoy competitive volleyball, running, cycling, hiking, camping and pretty much anything that involves the outdoors."

"I found my calling later in life, after working for Tucson's 2nd largest school district for 5 years, I started searching for what really got my heart pumping. That is when I stumbled in to the fascinating world of Cosmetic Laser. I enrolled in NLI in December of 2010 and ever since then I have been fascinated on how technology goes hand-in-hand with beauty. I'm very fortunate to have joined an amazing team of experts that specializes in aesthetics and the well being of our patients. My desire is to share my knowledge and talents with my patients so they can be satisfied with the outcome of their treatments. I have to mention that working for Dr. Maxwell has been one of my biggest desires ever since I was introduced to the wonderful world of aesthetics. In my free time I keep active. Zumba is my favorite cardio exercise. I love the beach and I like to travel."

I have been a medical assistant for 26 years. It is so rewarding to help patients achieve their goals in skincare and plastic surgery. The team at Maxwell Aesthetics put their all into making our patients feel and look their best. I feel privileged to be a part of this amazing team. In my free time, I enjoy volunteering in the Tucson community and being with my two wonderful sons.

Sarah has been a nurse for 15 years. She graduated from the University of Phoenix with her master's degree in 2020. You may recognize her, as she once worked at Maxwell Aesthetics caring for overnight patients.

She has a passion for education, patient care, and all things aesthetics!

"I had been a client of Maxwell Aesthetics since 2007. I came here from a whole different industry after I was recommended to put in a resume by my sister who was also a patient here (and still is). I started working in the Medi Spa and have now worked up to the Administration department. I have learned so much regarding Cosmetic Surgery and the Spa. I have known Dr. Maxwell now for several years and have seen her beautiful work! As an employee and a patient, I still want to continue to work and be a part of this team!"

Vanessa has vast medical front office experience over the last 20 years. While in the office, she makes patients her priority and ensures they are taken care of efficiently, effectively, and with the highest level of care.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her two beautiful daughters.

Sierra received her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration in 2018. She has been working in the aesthetics industry for 6 years and has developed a passion for skincare and skin health. She loves playing a role in each patient's journey to increased confidence.

When not working, she enjoys going on adventures with her two children, gardening, spending time outdoors, and cooking.

I became a Certified Surgical in 1999, after serving in the military for four years. I have spent the last 24 years scrubbing multiple specialties in hospitals and in surgery centers. While enjoying helping people to feel better and fixing problems patients had, I had a feeling as though something was still missing in my life. in 2021 I packed up my life in upstate New York and relocated to Tucson to be closer to my son stationed at Davis Monthan Air Force Base. I worked at a few surgery centers before landing here at Maxwell Aesthetics, and I must say I feel like I have found what I was looking for. Working with such a skilled and compassionate surgeon as Dr. Maxwell to the caring, highly trained staff is a dream come true. Dr. Maxwell is much more than a skilled surgeon, she genuinely cares about her patients and staff/ This is the caring family I have trained my whole career to work alongside.
